Perio Membership

Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)

Oral cancer screening
20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Annual payment: no activation fee. Quarterly payment: one-time $49 activation fee per member, capped at $99 per household.
*Routine 2D X-rays are provided when clinically necessary and according to the dentist's recommended frequency. CBCT and other 3D imaging are not included.
†The 20% member savings applies to most eligible treatment completed at Manor Oaks Dental Studio. Exclusions include orthodontics and clear aligners, promotions or already-discounted services, and certain specialty, laboratory, or outside services. Ask our team for details. This membership is NOT dental insurance. Prices are per person for a 12-month membership.
