Get to know
Justin Spiegelman, DMD
Dr. Justin Spiegelman is a general dentist and the owner of Manor Oaks Dental Studio. He is proud to provide personalized, high-quality dental care to patients in Manor, Austin, and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Spiegelman earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2019. Since then, he has practiced in Florida, Virginia, and Texas, gaining experience in a variety of dental settings. Dr Spiegelman is actively pursuing a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and an associate fellowship with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). He is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care, having completed hundreds of hours of continuing education, including more than 300 hours of advanced implant training, and is a graduate of the AAID Maxicourse.
Dr. Spiegelman enjoys all areas of dentistry, with particular interests in surgical and implant dentistry, restorative care, cosmetic dentistry, and clear aligner therapy. His approach is centered on honest communication, careful attention to detail, patient education, and treatment that is tailored to each person’s needs and goals. He wants every patient to feel heard, respected, and confident that they are receiving thoughtful recommendations and excellent care. At Manor Oaks Dental Studio, Dr. Spiegelman is committed to creating a dental experience where each patient is treated as individuals, not a number.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Stern, who is also a dentist at the practice, their two children, Ari and Eli, and their dog, Dazy. He also enjoys traveling, cooking and grilling, fitness, golf, and Miami Hurricanes football.

Mai Stern, DMD
Dr. Mai Stern grew up in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts, before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut, where she graduated summa cum laude as an Honors Scholar.
She attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine on a full scholarship through the United States Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program.
After dental school, Dr. Stern was commissioned as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Langley Air Force Base, and served four years providing comprehensive dental care to military members in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Stern is passionate about combining the precision of science with the artistry of dentistry to create healthy, confident smiles. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard, comfortable, and empowered in their dental care, and she strives to build lasting relationships founded on trust, compassion, and personalized treatment.
Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Stern continually pursues advanced education to provide the highest standard of modern, evidence-based dental care. She is an active member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the Academy of General Dentistry.
She now calls Austin home with her husband, their two young sons, and their dog.

At your first visit, you will receive a comprehensive exam where we take the time to assess your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health from every angle. From there, Dr. Spiegelman or Dr. Stern will walk you through exactly what they find and what your options are, in plain language you can actually understand. Our cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scanner gives us a detailed, three-dimensional view of your teeth, bone, and jaw structure. This level of precision is especially important for implant planning, surgical procedures, and complex restorative cases, allowing us to treat with greater accuracy and predictability than traditional X-rays allow.
Digital X-rays
Digital radiography gives us high-resolution images of your teeth and supporting structures with a fraction of the radiation used by traditional film X-rays. Images are available instantly, allowing us to review findings with you chairside and move forward with your care without delay.
No goopy impressions required
We use advanced digital scanning technology to capture a precise, detailed image of your smile without traditional impression trays or messy materials. The process is quick, comfortable, and helps us plan your treatment with greater accuracy.
